Shipping

We pack each order by hand. The notes below explain how and when your order ships. Questions are always welcome at sales@sigilandsage.com.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. House-poured candles and made-to-order items may take longer; any such item will note its lead time on the product page. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Rates & carriers
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, and orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at sales@sigilandsage.comand we'll work with you to make it right. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
